Shipping Information
WildIvyMemories.com ships the majority of our web orders via UPS Ground. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories are sent via Postal Delivery (Priority/Insured). Orders containing a single Cricut Cartridge will be sent USPS not USP. Please allow 5-10 business days for orders to reach you. Please be sure to provide your daytime phone number and e-mail address in case we need to contact you concerning your order. Orders are generally processed within 48 hours.
Shipping & Handling Charges - UPS GROUND
All Shipping charges are based on the order subtotal before any discounts are calculated.
UPS GROUND RATES:
Up to $25.00 = $7.95
$ 25.01 - $ 50.00 = $9.95
$ 50.01 - $ 80.00 = $12.95
$ 80.01 - $120.00 = $15.95
$120.01 - $200.00 = $18.95
Over $200 = 9% of the subtotal
Over $500 = 7% of the subtotal
The above shipping rates only apply to orders shipped within the Continental United States with a physical address. NO PO Boxes. Since our carriers do not deliver to post office boxes, any address containing a post office box number cannot move via UPS but will be shipped USPS at our current USPS rates.
Postal Delivery
USPS shipping is required for all PO Boxes in the continental USA.

ALASKA, HAWAII APO/FPO AND US TERRITORIES PAY ACTUAL FREIGHT. THE SHOPPING CART WILL NOT SHOW YOUR FREIGHT CHARGE BUT WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT.
Listed below you will find weights for big ticket items like Cricut machines, Your Story, Cuttlebug and Yudu machines. If you would like to know approximate freight charges please note these weights and go to USPS.com to calculate the approximate postage for your order. Customs and duties are not included in these calculations. All Internation shipments will be charged a $3.00 handling fee for postage paperwork and customs forms. All international packages are sent Priority Mail/Flat Rate Box (least expinsive option is choosen) unless you request a different method. Shipping International
All Shipping charges are based on the order subtotal before any discounts or coupons are calculated. All international shipments will be charged an additional $3.00 handling fee for postage/custom form fullfillment.
We accept only credit card orders. All international packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail. You will be charged ACTUAL FREIGHT at the time of shipment. Your shopping cart will NOT reflect your freight charges at the time of ordering.
Please see statement regarding Duties and Customs. We cannot ship aerosols or liquids overseas.
***PLEASE NOTE: The United States Postal Service does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation services for international deliveries, we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please contact us if your package does not arrive within 60 days.
Duties and Customs
All shipments made outside the USA are subject to import customs charges, duties, fees and or taxes which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local Customs Office for an estimate of charges on your order.
Delivery Time
All orders are shipped as soon as possible. For fastest delivery use your credit card. Most orders ship within 2-4 business days of placing your order. However, depending on orders received shipping time does vary and can be longer than 2-4 business days. If you wish to have your package arrive by a certain date, please leave the date in the comments section and we will strive to accommodate your request. Once it ships, orders via ground service are in route 2 - 3 business days to the West Coast and 5 - 7 business days to the East Coast. You will be pleased when you receive your order as they are packed with care with protective materials to ensure safe, complete and unbroken arrival.
Express Shipping
Yes, if requested, it can be done. But shipping overnight is very expensive and not recommended. We can also ship 2nd and 3rd day. Actual freight charges from our carrier will be added to your order. You can estimate express shipping charges at www.ups.com.

Back Order Policy
We do not back order items.
If an item that is ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment, you will NOT be charged for the items not sent. Your credit card is run at the time of shipment for the items included in the shipment.
