Shipping Information

WildIvyMemories.com ships the majority of our web orders via UPS Ground. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories are sent via Postal Delivery (Priority/Insured). Please allow 10-14 business days for orders to reach you. Please be sure to provide your daytime phone number and e-mail address in case we need to contact you concerning your order. Orders are generally processed within 48 hours.

Shipping & Handling Charges - UPS GROUND
All Shipping charges are based on the order subtotal before any discounts are calculated.

UPS GROUND RATES:
Up to $50.00 = $6.25
$50.01 - $100.00 = $9.95
$100.01 - $200.00 = $16.95 Over $200 = 8% of subtotal
The above shipping only applies to orders shipped within the Continental United States with a physical address. NO PO Boxes. Since our carriers do not deliver to post office boxes, any address containing a post office box number cannot move via UPS but will be shipped USPS at our current USPS rates.

We accept only credit card orders. All international packages have the choice of shipping UPS Worldwide Express or USPS PP Air Insured. You will be charged ACTUAL FREIGHT at the time of shipment. Unfortunately, it will not be possible for you to utilize the tracking features on our website www.wildivymemories.com. Please contact us if your package does not arrive within 60 days.

Duties and Customs
All shipments made outside the USA are subject to import customs charges, duties, fees and or taxes which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local Customs Office for an estimate of charges on your order.

Delivery Time
All orders are shipped as soon as possible. For fastest delivery use your credit card. Most orders ship within 2-4 business days of placing your order. However, depending on orders received shipping time does vary and can be longer than 2-4 business days. If you wish to have your package arrive by a certain date, please leave the date in the comments section and we will strive to accommodate your request. Once it ships, orders via ground service are in route 2 - 3 business days to the West Coast and 6 - 8 business days to the East Coast. Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to reach you. You will be pleased when you receive your order as they are packed with care with protective materials to ensure safe, complete and unbroken arrival.

Express Shipping
Yes, if requested, it can be done. But shipping overnight is very expensive and not recommended. Express Shipping charges subject to change as carrier's rates change. Express Shipping for the Continental United States Only. Sorry, NO Express shipping available to Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, FPOs, U.S. territories or international destinations. Remember: with these express shipping options, your order may still take up to 24 hours to process, but will then travel via the method you have selected. If you wish to express ship your package, please tell us in the comments section in the checkout.

Back Order Policy
We do not back order items.

If an item that is ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment, you will NOT be charged the amount of the item ordered.
