Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of merchandise in your order, we will gladly exchange your merchandise or refund the price of the product within 30 days of the original purchase price. All products being returned must be in our current inventory. Check www.wildivymemories.com for availability of products for return. Discontinued and sale/clearance products are NOT returnable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Books, punches, magazines and opened computer software may NOT be returned due to copyright laws. Opened packages cannot be returned for exchange or refund and all products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Returns are accepted on a pre-authorized basis. To return an item, please follow the instructions on the “Thank You! Here Is Your Order” card you received with your order. Then call 800-419-4949 to obtain a return authorization number. Place the authorization number on the outside of the box. Please send your return back within 10 days of receiving the authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. The invoice is your sales receipt and a copy must accompany all returns. Wild Ivy Memories accepts no responsibility for shipping costs on returns unless the product is defective or was sent in error. Please allow 14 business days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.

Discontinued, Sale and Clearance Products
All sales are final on all sale, clearance and discontinued products. NO returns will be accepted on these products.

Damaged or Defective Products
Any mistakes, shortages, damages or defective products need to be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the order. Damages due to freight carrier must be reported immediately. Please save the box your order was shipped in. The carrier will want to see the damaged box and contents. Damaged products must be returned unopened. If part of a product is defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement. Defective books, punches and software may be exchanged for a replacement of the same book, punch or software title. Wild Ivy Memories/Scrapbooks Wholesale takes no responsibility for damaged products due to a freight carrier. All packages ship FOB from Spanish Fork, Utah.
